The Problem
Amazon is an American multinational company based in Seattle, Washington, which focuses on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence... You may have heard of them.
This usability test will focus on the (iOS and Windows) Web e-commerce interface for returning users (with and without an Amazon Prime subscription) of Amazon.com
Through this usability test, user performance measures will be validated, concerns that potentially impede the efficiency, productivity, and satisfaction will be identified.
